Sitrex Hay Rakes
Celebrating 30 Years of Growth
As Inlon Pty Ltd celebrates its 30th anniversary, this farm machinery company certainly isn’t letting the grass grow under its feet. Jim Jardim, Inlon’s Managing Director, has just announced the addition of the Italian-made Sitrex hay rakes, finishing mowers and fertiliser spreaders to its farm equipment range.
‘We’re really excited about the partnership with Sitrex’, Jim says. ‘When Giovanni Signorelli, Sitrex President, visited Australia to review his current distribution channels, he clearly saw the advantage of distributing through Inlon because our core business focus is farm machinery. We also have an established reputation for supplying hay and silage harvesting equipment, so it’s a perfect fit.
Inlon’s focus has always been to offer a wide range of farm machinery that gives our Australian dealer network a choice regarding the brands they supply. We do our homework and only select quality products with a strong brand reputation that will give dealers great value products.
‘Sitrex certainly offers a low-cost hay-raking solution for the small, medium or large farm, and the great pre-season pricing makes this an even more attractive solution.
Its engineering and product innovation are first class and the company will soon be celebrating its 45-year anniversary, so the brand is well established.
‘Importantly, Sitrex hay rakes, finishing mowers and fertiliser spreaders complement Inlon’s current range of tractors, horticultural, dairy and livestock machinery. The ultra-reliable finger-wheel rakes are simple to operate and cover large areas quickly, so they’ll certainly be in demand for hay-raking season. They’re also a popular and cost-effective choice for raking sugar cane trash. In the future, we will be adding other Sitrex products to our range.’
Jim further explains the reason for Inlon’s expansion: ‘What’s really important to us, as we celebrate 30 years in this industry, is that we continue to enhance our product offering to our customers and dealers. Most farmers and dealers are family businesses, just like Inlon, and we are proud of these strong business relationships.’
